Lemonade territory partners

Be the person every local business calls when their website lets them down.

Lemon-Aid finds the businesses in your city that need a better website. Our studio builds it. You own the relationship, the territory and the recurring revenue.

Limited founding territories. This is not an offer to sell a franchise; an offer is made only by disclosure document where required by law.

The Lemonade mascot, a lemon wearing sunglasses and a cape

Local businesses are leaving customers on the table.

Most small businesses have a website that is slow, hard to use on a phone, missing from search results, or not there at all. They know something is off but have nobody local they trust to fix it. That is your opening.

How it works

  1. 01

    Find them

Lemon-Aid searches your territory by sector and shows which businesses have no site, a broken one or an outdated one, scored and on a map.

  2. 02

    Show them

A website check and a plain-English report make the problem obvious, so you start with proof, not a pitch.

  3. 03

    Sell it

Fixed-price packages: websites from $499, Web App from $2,500, Custom App from $5,000, and monthly care plans.

  4. 04

    We build it

The Lemonade studio designs, builds and hosts it. You manage the client and keep them happy.

What is in the toolkit

Lead finder

A map, sectors and filters, with whole-region searches that run overnight.

Website health checks

Spot sites that are down, outdated or slow, with Google speed scores.

SEO scanner (Kina)

Crawls a client's whole site, lists what to fix first, and suggests titles, descriptions and image text you approve.

Pipeline

From prospect to client, with contact people and follow-up dates.

“Request a call” button

A visitor asks for a call, confirms their number by text, and an AI assistant phones to book an appointment. Only people who ask, only in calling hours.

Do-not-contact tools

A do-not-contact list and an activity log, so you always run clean.

Playbooks and coaching

Scripts, proposal templates, a 6-week onboarding and weekly coaching for 12 weeks.

Websites are the start. Care plans are the business.

Clients can add monthly care plans for hosting, backups, updates and edits. They renew every month, so each client you keep adds to a base that grows.

Who it is for

You will do well if you:

  • enjoy meeting local business owners and have a network, or want to build one
  • can commit full time, or at least 25 hours a week at the start
  • like helping people with a clear problem rather than chasing hype
  • can invest in starting properly: the fee plus working capital

You do not need to code. You do need to talk to people and follow through.

What it costs

The investment, the fees and what is included are set out in our disclosure document, which we give you before you sign or pay anything. Ask us for it.

Questions

Is this a franchise?

Possibly, in the legal sense. Where the law requires it, we give you a full disclosure document at least 14 days before you sign or pay.

Do I need technical skills?

No. The studio builds. You need sales ability and the willingness to learn the toolkit.

Do I get an exclusive territory?

Yes, defined in writing by postal codes or municipalities.

What if I do not hit targets?

There is a minimum performance clause. We also coach you through it first.

Is the lead data legal to use?

It comes from public sources such as OpenStreetMap, with the source recorded. You remain responsible for lawful contact (CASL and Do Not Call rules), and we train you on it.

Can I operate outside Canada?

Not yet. Territories are open across Canada today. The United States and Mexico are planned, and each has its own rules, so we will open them one at a time.
